Morga hage
Mora Hage
If you want to wander in a meadow alongside a large lake, you should visit Mora Hage. It’s about 10km south of Uppsala along the eastern shore of lake Ekoln. There are large oaks and hazel shrubs in the meadowlands, and several bathing spots inside the nature reserve. You might see common sandpipers, Canada geese, or graylag geese by the shore in the summertime. Often, you will see common terns, mew gulls, and herring gulls flying around out on the lake.
