Färnebofjärden (National Park)
Färnebofjärden is an extensive area of forest and wetlands in the northwestern corner of Uppland. You can find the Cucujus cinnaberinus beetle here, a bright red beetle that is Uppland's county insect. These forests are full of life: grouse, ural owls, and even beavers and lynx live around here. You might see fallen trees along the shore that the beavers have felled. Do you think you might catch a glimpse of a beaver?
